The RitFit BLP01 leg press hack squat machine does not care about your feelings. It’s here to fold your legs, ruin your walk, and remind you that skipping leg day has consequences. This machine is honest violence in steel form. I love it but it's not flawless.
If leg day scares you, keep scrolling.

Assembly takes time. Bring patience. And a socket set. And maybe a snack. Also, swearing helps.

• Leg press: Smooth travel on the linear bearings even under heavy load. No rattling. No squeaks. No sketchy tilt. Feels tougher than my willpower around late-night pizza.
• Hack Squat: Brutal. Upright enough to torch quads and glutes without turning your lower back into a crime scene. ROM feels pretty good even at 6'2".
• Stability: Rock solid. No side-to-side nonsense. This thing stays put like it pays rent.

•Solid steel frame that feels legit and doesn’t flex or wobble. Feels overbuilt for the price (good thing)
•Sled travel stays smooth under load
•Two leg killers in one machine
•Diamond plate at the feet grips well and doesn't slip.
• Addition of resistance bands is a huge +
•Great value for a home gym leg machine
Makes leg day unavoidable

• Weight capacity is the limiter. Strong lifters will hit the ceiling fast. That’s annoying.
• Foot plate is too narrow. Wide stance feels cramped. Big feet, tall lifters, and sumo fans will complain. Give us more real estate.
• Plate-loaded means work before the work. No shortcuts. No selector stack luxury.
• Takes up real space. This isn’t hiding in a corner.
• The padding could be better but for this price range its to be expected.

The RitFit BLP01 is raw, heavy, and effective. It hits hard. Feels solid. But let's not pretend
Its perfect - Give it more loading room and a wider foot plate and it would be a problem for commercial gyms. However, it’s still one of the best leg machines for your home gym. If you want legs that complain in multiple languages, this is your machine.
If you want comfort, buy cardio equipment.
If you want legs, buy this.
Worth noting: the RitFit Gazelle is basically the BLP01 after a glow-up.
It fixes the few things I nitpicked. More weight capacity. Better foot plate. Smoother overall feel.
No drama.
Only catch? It costs more. Improvements usually do.
If you like the BLP01 and want the upgraded version without the small annoyances, the Gazelle makes sense. If not, the BLP01 still handles business just fine.
